DIRECTIONS: Apply any eyeshadow prior to the liner. Shake your liquid eyeliner well before use. Apply close to the lash line, starting from the middle of the eyelid and dragging carefully out to the outer corner of the eye. Then line from the inner corner moving toward the middle of the eye until you have completed the line. Add winged corners if desired. It can be used anywhere on the body to draw designs, or add dimension to tattoos.
